Heart Consultants has offices in the Immanuel Professional Building, Westroads Office Park, Lakeside HealthPark and Fremont.  Heart Consultants also provides outreach services in rural Nebraska communities at Blair, Norfolk, Osmond, Creighton, Plainview and rural Iowa at Missouri Valley and Red Oak.
